Our shop is hosted by Odoo S.A. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Force Majeure shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. reasonable control, including but not limited to the following: Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action, fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, pandemics, armed conflicts, transport blockades, crises, cyber-attacks or any other natural disaster. Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority. States of alarm, confinement. Our obligations under the Contract shall be suspended during the period to fulfil such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. At THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. we shall use all reasonable means and diligence to try to fulfil our obligations in spite of the Force Majeure Event.
SECTION 19: MISCELLANEOUS
The rights, interests, obligations or liabilities acquired by accepting the Contract may not be assigned to third parties. If any clause of these General Conditions is considered invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. may modify these General Conditions at any time. The modifications made will in no case affect the Service that has been provided previously.
SECTION 20: APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Contract shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.
