Shipping and returns policy

DELIVERY TERMS 

Delivery times depend on a number of factors, including the type of shipment you have chosen during the checkout process.

  • Standard domestic delivery: if the country where the seller is located and the country of the delivery address match, delivery is made within 3 to 7 days after shipment. Normally, the standard delivery option does not include order tracking or proof of delivery.
  • Standard international delivery: if the country where the seller is located and the country of the delivery address are different, delivery takes 5-14 working days after shipment. Normally, the standard delivery option does not include order tracking or proof of delivery.

A signature may be required on delivery. 

If different delivery options are possible, you will be able to choose the one you want during the checkout process. We are a marketplace and, as such, it is possible that the options may be different for the items in your basket.

Please note that, like any other shipping service, delivery times are approximate, cannot be guaranteed and do not include customs clearance time as this is beyond our control. SHIPMENT COSTS

Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the type of shipping you have chosen during the checkout process.

On each product page, the shipping costs within the country of the website of THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. country you are visiting are shown. You can choose the country to which the shipment is made when you enter the shipping details.

The total shipping costs are shown on the last screen of the checkout process before confirming your order. Please note that it is important to select the correct shipping country during the checkout process. Your shipment will be cancelled if the delivery address does not match the shipping country, as the costs will have been calculated incorrectly.

If there are any additional delivery charges on your order, for example, the weight of the product exceeds the weight allowed by the courier service or it is to be delivered to a remote location, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed or cancel your order.

 

DELIVERY ADRESS RESTRICTIONS

We deliver to these countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Spain.

We must comply with national and international regulations governing the transportation of certain products to certain destinations. These country-specific delivery restrictions mean that not all products are available for delivery to all destinations.

We only show you products that are available for delivery in your country. 

We will only deliver orders to the address of a collection point if it has been set as the billing address of the card used for payment during the checkout process.

 

COURIER SERVICES

THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. uses a wide range of the main courier services worldwide as well as local postal services to deliver orders according to the country of origin and destination and the type of product.

Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific courier service.

Once the order has arrived in your country, it will be handed over to the local postal service and you may have to collect your order from a delivery point.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return your order for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason.

To do this, you must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order and send the goods back to the seller according to their instructions within 14 days of registering your return.

To begin the return process, please send an email to pedidos@theovershoot.com with your purchase details.

 

Do not make any returns to the head office of THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. We will not be responsible for any product that has been returned directly to THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. We will inform you by e-mail of the necessary instructions for returning your order.

The same exclusions apply for returns as for the right of withdrawal. Except for manufacturing defects, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been customised or manufactured according to your specifications.
  • Products likely to deteriorate rapidly.
  • Products with health or hygiene protection that have been opened, e.g underwear, piercing jewellery.
  • One-Use products
  • Newspapers, magazines and periodicals.

 

ADITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Products to be returned must be in a saleable condition.
  • Returned products must be unused, with the original label and packaging.
  • The products must be packed in such a way that both the product and the packaging (if applicable) are not damaged during transport. Both THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. and its sellers are not responsible for any damage that the goods may suffer during transport.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you have received a defective or damaged product.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable service, that you take out insurance if the value of the product requires it and that you keep the proof of postage. Both THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. and its vendors are not responsible for products that are lost during a return.
  • In case the return is international, please indicate that it is a ‘RETURN OF GOODS’ to avoid the seller incurring customs charges on receipt of your return.

 

In the event that a return does not comply with these conditions, the return may be refused and returned or a partial refund may be offered.

 

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order has arrived damaged or you have problems with a product you have purchased, please contact pedidos@theovershoot.com as soon as possible.

Please note: We will ask you for a photograph or video showing the damage, defect or incorrect item you have received in order to provide you with a solution. The usual solution to resolve any problems related to damaged or defective products is:

  • You will have to buy the product back and we will arrange for a full or partial refund of the defective or damaged product (subject to the above conditions).

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

if you refuse delivery of all or part of your order (where the goods or packaging does not appear to be damaged or defective), any fees and costs incurred by the seller due to a package being refused may be deducted from the refund of the goods. The same applies if tracking indicates that delivery has been attempted and the item is awaiting collection from a postal depot if the item is not collected and is returned to sender.

REFUNDS 

  • We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • You will receive an email when we have received the goods and the return has been accepted.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used during the purchase. For other payment methods such as Multibank it is not possible to make a refund by bank transfer, so you will need to contact us to help you.
  • Refunds usually take between 1 and 5 working days to appear in your bank account, although this depends on the payment method you used. The speed with which you will receive your refund will depend on the payment method chosen and the procedures of the financial institutions involved, over which THE OVERSHOOT S. COOP. has no control. 

GOODS CHANGING POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange products. To make a return, please use the information above.
